Emergency Notifications Software

The vendor required to provide emergency notifications software to gather information about commercially available emergency alert notification systems to include implementation and training.
- Requirement:
•    Product provides emergency notifications that are responsive regardless of operating system, mobile device, desktop, browsers, etc. 
•    The hosting capabilities of your system
•    The system has a centralized platform with multiple access levels across multiple locations (i.e.: master users, superusers, administrators). 
•    The system administrator has the ability to assign permissions and titles.
•    System support services across the commonwealth supported by a cloud server and operate independent of internet service provider. 
•    The system operates independent of client-based applications or on premises software 
•    Solution be set up for individual colleges while allowing for specific alerts to be shared with designated system office users 
•    Mass registration possible or data migration from existing service(s) possible
•    Solution integrates with sis
•    This be set up an opt-out or opt-in service. 
•    There multiple delivery methods text (SMS sent by SMPP), voice phone calls, emails, pop-up desktop alerts. 
•    There integration for messaging to occur on electronic displays, intranet, in classroom notifications, and by campus sirens.
•    System capable of geofencing? are targeted alerts possible
•    System offer ability to receive and retransmit national weather service alerts. 
•    System offers outbound dial, voice capability to send messages 
•    Templates set up and utilized with minimal steps to activate.
•    Redundancy and back-up systems. 
•    This should include ensuring operation during power outages and network outages, etc. 
•    There scalability of the system based on number of users per site.
