The vendor required to provide student success planning portal for a comprehensive, vendor-hosted academic and career planning resource system that:
•    Supports k–12 students through developmentally appropriate, equity focused tools that evolve with students. 
•    Empowers students and families in their home language to explore strengths, opportunities, and post-secondary pathways. 
•    Meets department requirements for academic and career planning documentation and process. 
•    Includes grade-band specific features for exploration, planning, and transition. 
•    Provides exportable student specific summary reports with academic, career, and planning data.
•    Integrates with existing agency systems, including sis, SSO, and college documentation tools.
•    Offers accessibility and multilingual support, mobile access, and inclusive content. 
•    Delivers real-time insights to close opportunity gaps and improve outcomes. 
•    Provides role-based dashboards for counselors, educators, families, and district-level reporting to support data-driven decision-making. 
•    Leverages ai-powered features such as predictive analytics, smart workflows, and automated guidance to enhance planning and support. 
•    Includes alumni tracking and postsecondary metrics. 
•    Includes comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing support for staff, students, and families. 
•    Is fully built and ready for implementation in SY 2027–2028, with IT ownership and administrative control. 
•    Require custom development or internal it build-out.
