The Vendor is required to provide lacks inspection and permit tracking software, which puts the department at risk when a public records act (PRA) request is made.
- Inspection tracking systems software can be obtained commercially off the shelf with minimal or no software staff support, design, training or hosting solutions.
- iPad Mobile Application or Windows Application.
- Preferred Web browser will use Google Chrome.
- Completely Web/browser-based using MSSQL (SAAS Model – No site installation).
- Supports current standard iPad devices with minimum data storage.
- Ability to add multiple inspection checklists to each template.
- Must use system logs’ device logins and user logins
- Ability for the end-user to backup data to County servers at any time pending system availability.
- Self-certification violations are set up by violation type and give the inspector the ability to modify in the field depending on the severity of the violation.
- Ability for the owner to upload photos of the violation that has been corrected.
- Ability to schedule a re-inspection if the self-certification violation has not been cleared in a specified period of time.
- Customized online web portal to allow business owners/occupants to clear their own violations as determined by violation type.
- Streamline or equivalent brand software shall provide Client a hosting solution.
