The Vendor is required to provide for a cloud based permitting and inspection software that is extremely user friendly for Individuals with limited technical experience as well as functionally capable to handle large commercial projects that may involve multiple inspections and cooperation across multiple agencies.
- Program features should include built in software that allows for plan review, payment submittal and easy integration with mobile devices.
- Data security and limited maintenance required by county staff is also a priority.
- Other key aspects should include easily customizable reporting and analytics, multiple scheduling regions and zones, and unlimited staff accounts and user access.
- The software should also include contractor database functions that allow the department to track and maintain yearly licenses and allow for renewals and expiration notifications within the system through communication events.
- Permitting and inspection software solution shall include, at minimum, the following features and capabilities:
• Stand-alone user account management with assigned User IDs and secure login.
• User-friendly interface designed to support residents and contractors with limited technical experience.
• 100% cloud-based deployment with no local server dependency.
