Child Support System Modernization

The Vendor is required to provide on child support system modernization.
- Modernization goals include:
•    Empower a modern, efficient, and supported workforce
•    Expand equitable self-service access for families and employers
•    Amplify data, reporting, and document management interoperability
•    Advance the infrastructure into a flexible, secure, and sustainable technology ecosystem.
- Provide capabilities across the following domains:
•    Case Management
o    Case initiation, establishment, locate, management, and enforcement
•    Document Workflow / Integration Management
o    Document generation, storage, e-filing, and integration with court systems
•    Financial Management
o    Calculator aligned to state Child Support enforcement, payment processing, distribution, reconciliation, and reporting
•    Parent and Employer Portals
o    Secure, accessible interfaces for payments, communication, and self-service
•    Screen Synchronization
o    Green screen scraping capability enabling phase one objectives.
