Ticketing System

The Vendor is required to provide a vendor hosted box office ticketing software system for the college.
- The system would handle all athletic events, concerts, fine arts performances, such as, music and dance concerts, theater plays/movies, as well as moving into other types of student events.
- Budget constraints for this system is a $50,000.00 yearly budget.
- Venue and Event Building and Maintenance
•    Create and edit event layouts
•    Create customer/user friendly graphic/visual representation of seating
•    Create and attach seasons, events, and performances to event layouts
•    Edit and delete seasons, events, and performances
•    Create and edit patron and user information on seasons, events, and performances
•    Generate unique searchable codes for each season, event, and performance
•    Generate tags and interest codes for each season, event, and performance
•    Permit general admission seating for any season, event, and performance
•    Permit reserved seating for any season, event, and performance
•    Permit any combination of reserved and general admission seating for each of the above
•    Permit re-pricing seats when on sale
•    Display and edit obstructed view seats
•    Mouse over seats and see customer names on back end
•    Archive seasons, events, and performances
•    Ticket design customization functionality, with the ability to include graphics, logos, etc.
- Online Functionality
•    Online sales on a centralized umbrella home page, as well as via individual event filtered gateways for the different performance organizations (athletics, SVC, Fine Arts, etc).
•    The functionality should be the same throughout.
•    Full skin-styling functionality throughout
•    Full technical and financial compliance throughout
- Selling Functionality/Customer Facing - (All features to be available by phone, Internet, and in-person)
•    Generate a unique patron ID
•    Generate a unique transaction ID
•    Attach multiple patron IDs to single customer account
•    Sell single and group tickets for all shows
•    Permit selection of preferred seating and dates
•    Permit purchase by cash, check, Applepay, Touch-pay and credit card
•    Permit select-your-own-seat for series, events or performances by subscription online
•    Permit operator-only selection of seat for subscribers
•    Update customer account information online
•    Allow and track donations to multiple programs/departments
•    Sign up for one, or many, mailing lists
•    Purchase merchandise
•    Pay for tickets using discount codes. Also, these discount codes can be department specific
•    Email an event to a friend
•    Register for a conference/camps etc.
•    Print barcode readable tickets
•    Display personalized event recommendations based on buying history, browsing history, tags, and interest codes
- Online Complimentary Tickets
•    Ability to reserve one (one use) complimentary ticket/seat per specific event online.
•    Restrictions on the number of complimentary tickets available to each specific event online.
•    Restrictions on the delivery options for complimentary tickets online.
•    Events with complimentary tickets easily identifiable online.
•    Ability to remove the option of complimentary tickets online the day of the event or once the allocation of complimentary tickets is exhausted.
•    Ability to release complimentary tickets individually or in large groups.
