The Vendor is required to provide relating to an integrated mobility management platform that can provide a customized commute platform to service students and employees at the university.
- This integrated mobility management platform would bring together parking and transportation into one user interface that provides flexible commuting services and incentives to multiple types of users (students, staff, and visitors).
- The primary goal of this platform would be to provide a resource to Commuter Services to guide and incentivize a transportation mode shift from away from driving alone in order to mitigate a growing population with limited options for additional parking.
- The ability to manage multiple transportation programs such as ride matching, commuter challenges and incentives, trip planning, and parking management.
- User interfaces should be interactive, simple, and intuitive for the end user.
- The users should have the ability to opt in or out of specific programs.
- Data collection from user trips.
- This data could be used for trip validation for program effectiveness and incentives, annual scope 3 emission reporting, and the raw data for research programs including detailed GPS tracks.
- The ability to integrate with existing University and transit services to provide end users with a single point for all transportation needs.
