Curriculum Management System

The Vendor is required to provide a cloud hosted single-system curriculum management solution tailored specifically for undergraduate medical education.

•    COM: 700
•    PA: 52
•    Biomed: 5
•    MAT: 33
- To be recognized nationally as the leading health sciences center, integrating Osteopathic Medical Education, community services and research.
- Information Security
•    Passwords must be required to be a minimum of 8 characters long
•    Passwords must be complex
•    Passwords expire within the same timeframe as university users passwords
•    Passwords or user accounts must be deactivated if not used for a period of 60 days
•    Passwords for a user account must not be reused in a 12 month period
•    Passwords for system accounts are securely generated and remain secure during their use.
•    Passwords for critical system accounts are changed when key staff separate.
