Online Student Training Learning Management System

The Vendor is required to provide for an integrated electronic training and learning management system (LMS) for the public university system, which includes six universities and two K-12 special schools.
- This system must support the essential training requirements for university students (roughly 30,000).
- The LMS will also have a suite of university student training courses, including but not limited to:
•    Drug and Alcohol Training
•    Bystander Intervention
•    Campus Safety
•    Nondiscrimination
•    Student Wellness
•    Student Financial Services/Financial Aid
•    Academic Misconduct (including use/misuse of Artificial Intelligence)
- The capability for integration with Ellucian Banner, Student Information System.
- Project encompasses the acquisition, implementation, and ongoing support of a comprehensive online student training learning management solution.
- This will be a statewide implementation with one system that can accommodate multiple campuses. 
- The system must have a security feature that allows campuses to see their campus data and no other campus.
- must provide a description of the evidence-based practices, research foundations, or learning models used to develop the training curriculum.
- Serve as a centralized system that supports six distinct universities with the ability to differentiate access and security at each university within the system.
- Content must be available and accessible on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices (please identify the brands and models of mobile devices, operating systems, and Internet browsers that are compatible with your LMS).
- Be accessed using the latest version of the most used browser on any operating system (Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
- Store, broadcast, and track courses produced in widely varying digital formats, especially digitized video, and courses with multiple digital files in differing formats.
- reporting capabilities including customizable dashboards, data export options, and the ability to disaggregate data by institution, student status, training type, or other relevant categories.
