The vendor required to provide computer software to track and forecast required helicopter maintenance as follows:
• Contractor shall be airbus approved and have a partnership with airbus helicopters.
• Provide a “peer to peer” single person analyst who will use current status reports, due lists, and other pertinent reports from the aircraft’s current maintenance tracking program to build county’s aircraft in contractor’s system.
• Contractor will use this data to build the aircraft against contractor’s master core template for the specific make and model.
• County will be provided with quality control finding reports that highlight any missing or inconsistent data that was provided.
- Contractor shall also provide the following:
• Notifications of any applicable FAA airworthiness directives
• Notifications of any applicable service bulletins
• Work cards with up-to-date maintenance instructions
• Ability to use both applications and desktop-based software
• Inventory management system for all parts
• Proprietary central security solution for user management
• Analyst supported service for review of compliance records and updates.
• Role controlled user access capabilities
• Integrated revision process incorporating OEM manual revisions, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins.
• Revision control and review capability through the user interface.
• Allowing the end user to review and accept changes to the program including the addition of airworthiness directives and service bulletins.
• Cloud based system hosted by a provider with a global presence
• Advanced maintenance tracking capabilities
o Tolerance windows
o Multiple levels (threshold, repeats at, repeat every)
o Automatic tolerance adjustment based on compliance time
o Multiple requirements against single tasks including occurs first or occurs later logic.
• Creation of long-term budget due reports that include estimated repeats of repetitive tasks within the projection.
• Tracking estimated costs and labor hours per task
• Pre-loading of required materials, tools per task
• Tool tracking
• Kit creation and management
• Min and max material count capability
• Advanced notification setup capabilities per user
• Ability to track multitude of requirement units of measure (UOM) including formulaic equation calculations
• Workorder creation and management
