Smartboard System

The vendor required to provide smartboard system should enhance training, communication, and operational efficiency through interactive display technology.
- Supplier will be responsible for:
1. Hardware and software
•    Providing smartboard systems with necessary accessories (touchscreen displays, stylus, speakers, cameras etc.).
2. Installation and configuration
•    The city of will ensure access to wi-fi and hard wiring at each location. 
•    The vendor will provide smartboard mounting hardware for each smartboard and complete the installation of the smartboard to a supporting surface selected by the department.
3. Integration
•    Ensuring compatibility with agency existing technology, including dispatch systems, training software, current smart boards and network infrastructure.
4. Training and support 
•    Providing training for personnel on system usage and offering ongoing technical support for a minimum of three years. 
•    Support if required must be onsite within five hours.
5. Maintenance and upgrades
•    Offering service agreements for troubleshooting, software updates, firmware updates, and system enhancements for a minimum of three years at no cost.
6. Warranty – 3-year warranty
•    All software for the interactive panels must be included and cannot be a recurring service-based subscription.
