Electronic Health Records Software

The vendor required to provide electronic health records (EHR) software must manage confidential counseling client information and communication, and facilitate the operations of approximately 20 clinical and support staff.
- The EHR will facilitate the management of confidential counseling and psychiatric services. 
- The center treats approximately 1,000 unique clients per year and conducts approximately 5,000 therapy sessions per year. 
- The software will include a scheduling system to coordinate the activities of approximately 14 mental health counselors, two nurse practitioners, three graduate counseling interns, and three administrative support staff. 
- Clinical service activities include individual, couple, and family therapy; psychiatric medication e-prescribing and management; group counseling; outreach; and supervision of counseling interns. 
- The EHR should preserve the center existing client data and clinical documentation, ensuring continuity and maximizing existing information to support a smooth transition.
