The vendor required to provide web-based scheduling solution for student course schedules platform will enable students to build, manage, and customize course schedules that best meet their academic and personal needs.
- Solution will utilize data integrated from the college’s existing course schedule and sis to enhance student experience, streamline registration, and support institutional scheduling needs while supplying insightful data analytics.

• The software is hosted in a secure cloud environment provided and supported by the vendor.
• Single sign on (SSO) for faculty, staff and students via SAML - compatible with self-service banner and my red dragon.
• Solution is act compliant.
• Must comply with state internet security and privacy act.
• Software supports integration with Ellucian banner sis.
• Web accessibility meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1, level aa.
• Provide higher education community vendor assessment tool (HECVAT) and VPAT.
• Data remains in the country.
• Software provides the ability to configure administrative user groups and assign role-based permissions aligned with staff position and job duties.

1. Provide a detailed description of core student scheduling functionality, including:
• Real-time integration with banner to allow registration directly from the scheduling software to the SIS.
• Ability for students to create and save schedules for later review or modification.
• Visual (grid or matrix) display of potential schedules for easy review.
• Ability to generate multiple schedule options based on course selections and student Preferences.
2. Provide a detailed description of student scheduling customization and personalization features, including:
• Ability to block off times for athletic, work, or personal commitments.
• Ability to compare multiple schedule options side-by-side.
• Provides the ability to search courses by attribute.
• Provides the ability to filter courses (section, instructor, etc.)
3. Provide a detailed description of the scheduling functionality and administrative tools for advisors and college staff, including:
• Provides the ability for advisors and staff to develop and modify student schedules, in addition to students.
• Provides the ability to pre-load student schedules.
• Provides the ability to register for courses on behalf of a student and impersonating a student.
• Provides the ability to search courses by attribute.
• Provides the ability to filter courses by criteria (section, instructor, etc.).
4. Provide a detailed description of data reporting and analysis functionality, including:
• Real-time visibility of enrollment numbers and seat availability.
• Reporting tools for student data.
• Reporting tools for course demand and enrollment trends.
• Reporting tools for low enrolled courses.
