- Software platform requirements
• Product must be accessible via the internet using a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
• Provide data ranging from historic (back 5 years or more) to near-real time (3-4 days ago.)
• Provide a dedicated consultant and customer success manager on an ongoing basis for assistance with using the platform for reports and projects.
• Provide the ability to access, create, and save unlimited points of interest and unlimited reports for locations throughout the state.
• Provide the ability for users to draw geofences on the fly without waiting to have locations indexed.
• Protect user and visitor privacy:
o Proposer must receive and utilize only location data that is stripped of all personally identifiable information.
o Proposer’s data must be proprietary and sourced directly by mobile application data partners rather than purchased through 3rd party data brokers or aggregators.
o Proposer must use end-to-end encryption to protect their data.
o Proposer must not share or sell user-level data.
o Proposer must employ the information security management system (iso 27001) and its risk management framework (iso 31000).
