The Vendor is required to provide to help existing staff complete its implementation of the generate software, an application based upon common education data standards (CEDS) for all edfacts files.

- the vendor should have very strong Microsoft SQL, database modeling, SSIS, Microsoft Access skills, and the ability to distill technical items down so non-technical people can understand them.
- CEDS Data Warehouse Architecture Review & Redesign
• Deliver a comprehensive advisory report on the CEDS data warehouse architecture for department.
• Recommend streamlined process workflows showing elimination of redundancies.
• Diagram and document future state data warehouse processes.
- ETL Development and Documentation Package
• Development and oversight of ETL processes for approximately 82 EDFacts files into Generate.
• A complete set of process and procedure documentation, including step-by-step training guides for department staff.
• Delivery of staff training sessions and provide ongoing support to department staff related to ETL operations.
• Troubleshoot data migration issues within Generate.
• Troubleshoot data validation checks.
- must work with staff to initially run the old and new data models in parallel until the transition is completed and verified.
- Use GitHub repository throughout the project for version code.
- Work collaboratively with state information technology developers and database administrators, and other project team members.
