The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive solution for its current Learning Management System (LMS).
- This implementation is a statewide enterprise implementation that is configured to allow 300,000 plus users across 200 plus state agencies and other public bodies, 24x7 access to training. Each agency or public body has the ability to create and manage individual portals or interfaces storing their own content that can be shared across the enterprise.
- Solution supports mobile learning and how it facilitates social engagement with learners being able to communicate through discussion boards or other means.
- Reporting capabilities of your solution regarding canned reports, customizable reports and ad-hoc reporting.
- The LMS complies with WCAG 2.1 / Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Solution can handle peak volumes in a limited period of time (e.g. 100,000+ users taking a combination of online and classroom/virtual classroom training within a two-week period.
