•    Visio (web only – included with e3)
2. Not included:
•    Visio professional (available only with validated business requirement, must be individually requested).
•    Microsoft project (available only with validated business requirement, must be individually requested).
3. Completed in previous projects (not part of this scope):
•    Exchange online
•    Multi-factor authentication with okta.

- File storage and content management
1. OneDrive enterprise:
•    Deployment of OneDrive as the standard personal file storage
•    Advisement on OneDrive usage including:
o    Assessment of p-drive usage patterns
o    Identification of content exceeding OneDrive capacity
o    Recommendations for reorganization, archiving, or SharePoint use
•    P-drive migration itself is not part of phase 1
- Security, compliance, and data governance
•    Configuration of retention schedules
•    Sensitivity labels
•    Retention labels
•    Data classification aligned to SSP
•    Purview audit and eDiscovery (standard)
•    Governance model (roles, responsibilities, decision rights).
