Unclaimed Property Software

The vendor required to provide unclaimed property software solution to support citizens’ handling of unclaimed property and related records (services).
- The services will support citizens’ efforts to return unclaimed property to the appropriate party or remit them to the appropriate authority if the property remains unclaimed.
- The unclaimed property most commonly relates to uncashed checks issued by citizens in the course of its property insurance operations, such as premium refund and claims checks.
- The services are expected to assist citizens staff with creation, transmission, and management of legally required unclaimed property reports, notifications, and other documentation
- This includes the national association of unclaimed property administrators (NAUPA) reporting format, with state specific required encryptions for reports when applicable.
