• Department work management platform of choice is asana.
• The vendor will not be required to use asana for internal work management.
• Asana is highly preferred as the vendor’s mechanism for ongoing status and project management updates to department and, as needed, its stakeholders.
3. Customer journey maps
• The vendor will document the goals of the customer journey map.
• The vendor will create a visual representation of every step a customer takes when interacting with the platform
• Document customer roles and description.
• The vendor will hold virtual information gathering sessions, as needed, to gather information from each customer role.
4. Problem statement and success metrics
• Establish baseline metrics.
• Establish tracking intervals to assess success metrics
• Establish how updated metrics will be shared as part of the project work plan.
• Present the documentation of the problem statement, baseline and success metrics, tracking intervals, and how and where to find updated metrics to the council project manager and project sponsor(s) for review.
