The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive software solution to manage staff evaluations, human resource onboarding and ongoing HR management.
- The ideal solution will be cloud-based, Software-as-a Service (SaaS) platform that allows for seamless integration with our existing absence management and course request software.
- The goal is to streamline HR processes, enhance data accuracy, improve employee experience and provide a unified system for all staff related information.
- Staff Evaluation Module
• Customizable evaluation forms: ability to create, customize, and manage various evaluation forms (e.g., annual reviews, probationary reviews, performance improvement plans) with different sections, rubrics, and rating scales based on state evaluation criteria (including student learning objectives).
• Workflow automation: automated workflows for the evaluation process, including sending notifications, tracking progress, and routing forms for review and approval.
• Goal setting & tracking: functionality for employees and managers to set, track, and review professional goals.
• 360-degree feedback: the capability to gather feedback from multiple sources (peers, subordinates, supervisors).
• Reporting & analytics: robust reporting features to track evaluation completion rates, performance trends, and identify areas for professional development.
- Human Resource Onboarding & Management Module
• Digital onboarding: a streamlined, paperless onboarding process for new hires, including the ability to digitally sign documents (e.g., i-9, w-4, employee handbooks).
• Document management: a secure, centralized repository for all employee documents (e.g., contracts, certifications, performance reviews) with role-based access control.
• Employee self-service portal: a portal for employees to view and update their personal information, access pay stubs, and manage benefits information.
• Leave & absence tracking integration: integration with our current absence management software, Aesop/frontline absence management.
• Course request & professional development integration: integration with our current course request software frontline professional growth.
