The Vendor is required to provide emergency response services and solutions to state, participating public agencies and cooperative members.
- Emergency Response Services such as, but not limited to:
• Mobile logistical support – materials, equipment, personnel, and transportation to support emergency preparedness or response operations.
• Call center support – materials, equipment, personnel, and services to establish and perform call center services in response to an emergency.
• Emergency search & rescue support – materials, equipment, personnel, and transportation to support emergency search and rescue operations.
• Emergency and disaster response and recovery operations personnel (EOC support staff, emergency facility staff, operational coordination staff)
• Disaster recovery services – services required to respond to and mitigate the effects of an incident such as a hurricane, tornado, snowstorm, or flood. Examples include, snow removal, and arboreal services.
• Related technology and services – technology and services related to the solutions described in above including, but not limited to, hardware, software, training, installation, maintenance, credentialing, and certification and warranty programs.
• Emergency medical vehicle services – examples include paramedicine is integrated with fire services, supplemental ground transport services, flight transport services, hospital support, remote clinical setting
• Aviation deployment – materials, equipment, personnel, and transportation to support response operations
• Mobile morgue services – materials, equipment, personnel, and transportation to support response operations.
• Examples include body bags, guardian quick-deploy cooler, MERC systems, mobile morgue trailers and containers, cold storage containers, quick-deploy morgue racks, mobile morgue services
• Mobile pharmacy facilities
• Mobile disaster recovery center staff and wrap around services
• Mobile kitchen facilities
• Distribution of mass care supplies
- Emergency Response Actions: Any response in which the Contractor shall respond within 15 minutes of verbal notification for service from the Using Agency. An Emergency Response shall be executed less than 24 hours after notification
- Medical Supplies – articles, instruments, apparatuses, and machines used in the prevention, diagnosis or treatment of illness, injury, or disease, or for measuring, detecting, restoring, correcting, or modifying the body for medical purposes. Durable medical equipment is a subset of medical supplies.
