The Vendor is required to provide to inform the potential establishment of a contract for the future purchase of an environmental hydrogeology data analysis, visualization, and management application (“Project”).
- The agency would like to learn about the capabilities of existing applications and how they may be able to complement and improve its current data management and analysis practices.
- This can lead to data errors and inefficient decision-making.
- Data Management Capabilities
• Create custom data tables that can be validated, exported to software such as Excel or Google Sheets, and used as the source to mapping tools like ESRI ArcGIS.
• Receive pre-formatted data, that remains linked to the source and can be refreshed as new data are added to the source database
• Input data directly from laboratory data deliverables
- Data Analysis Tools
• Statistical Analysis such as mann-kendall analyses and gilbert’s toolbox.
• Geochemical modeling
• The ability to integrate custom statistical models (e.g. from R)
- The Creation of Hydrogeological Charts and Figures, or the ability to easily export to other software that can create the following:
• Charts (pie charts, histograms, Piper plots, radial diagrams, etc.)
• Boring and Well Logs
• Cross Sections
• Maps (heat maps, bubble plots, contour/equipotential maps, topographic maps)
• Three-dimensional Visualization
- Data Visualization Capabilities
• Display and interact with data in a user interface (spatial, non-spatial, exploring temporally, query for additional details, etc.)
• Incorporate data from disparate data sources such as existing Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and Representational State Transfer (REST services (such as GIS data endpoints)
- Questions/Inquires Deadline: January 15, 2026
