Consultation and Software Application Integration Services

The Vendor is required to provide consultation services and software application integration to support the conversion of our existing Graphical Information System (GIS) (Trimble NIS exported as an ERSI Geodatabase) into an ESRI Utility Network.

•    Existing Trimble NIS and OMS environments
•    Existing Cityworks/Unity environment
•    Integration of GIS Data into existing Cityworks/Unity domain
•    Integration of interfaces between existing business applications 
- Planning
•    Data conversion
•    Data integration
•    Software Application implementation
•    Application interface development
- Recommendations
•    For effective and efficient conversion of GIS Data to ESRI Utility
•    Network.
•    For implementation of Cityworks/Unity applications for the Electric Operations Department
•    For implementation of various interfaces with existing business applications
o    Springbrook Software applications
o    Harris Software applications
o    Outage Management
o    And any other applications as may be necessary
- Software Application Integration
•    Conversion of the existing GIS into an ESRI Utility Network
•    Development of interfaces to integrate the converted ESRI Utility Network with Trimble CityWorks/Unity for asset management
•    Integration of ESRI Utility Network with city Utilities' existing Trimble OMS or a third-party outage management system.
