System Support

The Vendor is required to provide electronic lab reporting (ELR), electronic case reporting (eCR), application development and system administration. 
- Assist in identifying, addressing, and resolving issues and tasks in a timely and mutually agreed-upon manner.
- Develop rhapsody routes, develop database scripts, assist with testing and documentation, generate lookup tables for automatic updates, and provide support for agency format implementation.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
