Reservation and Check in Equipment and Software

The vendor required to provide reservation and check in equipment and software for include:
•    Hotel reservation system be american owned and operated due to patron's PII being stored into the system and when company is doing technical support.
•    Software will be a cloud-based hotel reservation system.
•    Hotel reservation system must incorporate live data when correcting room status by front desk, housekeepers, etc.
•    System must have the capability to allow at least 5 users always logged into the reservation system.
•    Software must support a 4-digit room format.
•    Hotel reservation system must be able to incorporate agency keyless system into their software system.
•    Hotel reservation system quote must include installation of equipment and labor, 2 credit card terminals, 2 signature pads, 2 agency card encoder systems.
•    Hotel reservation system will have the ability to store multiple credit cards, telephone numbers, and emails on each patron.
•    Hotel reservation system must have the abilities to text and email the patron upon completing a reservation and cancellation.
•    Hotel reservation system must have a way to identify guests by organization
•    Hotel reservation system must be able to accommodate 250 room reservations
•    Hotel reservation must be able to put multiple patrons under group billing and pay using one method.
•    Hotel reservation system must notify immediately if credit card declines.
•    Hotel reservation system payment methods are cash and check, visa, and master card only.
•    Hotel reservation system must include fee for the training of office personnel as well as technical support.
