The vendor required to provide and install all necessary equipment for the remote temperature monitoring of refrigerators, freezers, and other critical areas within the country crime laboratory.
- Requirements:
• Digital sensors and probes to accurately measure the temperature at each of forty-one (41) locations, including refrigerators, freezers, and ambient temperature rooms.
• Accurately measure and monitor temperatures from -20of to 82of (-29oc to 28oc).
• ISO 17025 calibrated sensors with certificates.
• Wireless network connectivity of all sensors to a cloud-based system for data storage and retrieval.
• Self-monitoring of set temperature parameters and ability to immediately alert via audible siren on the sensor, email, and text when temperatures fall out of range or other failures are identified.
• Ability of sensors to be connected in an 8-story building with a basement and with multiple rooms and areas to monitor on each floor.
• Ability to add and remove sensors from the network as needs change throughout the lab.
• Provide all software and subscriptions and licenses necessary for cloud storage and monitoring of the system.
• Software shall be available 24/7.
• Ability to send unlimited text and voice call alerts
• Data can be exported with a click for reporting and customizable graphs.
• Web application on cloud server.
• Instant access to alarms, readings, and graphs.
• Remote data access.
• Audit trail and secure-level access control to support 21cfr part 11.
• On-site installation of all temperature sensors and data network.
• One (1) year warranty for all parts and service provided.
• All services shall be provided by a manufacturer and factory trained and certified technician.
• Proof of training and certification shall be provided prior to contract approval.
• Provide an unlimited amount of telephone and email technical support.
• Contractor shall respond to service calls placed by county during the warranty period within twenty-four (24) hours of initial contact and must provide remote support within forty-eight (48) hours of initial call.
• Contractor shall maintain qualified and trained staff for field service and technical support.
• The county project manager or their designee must be on-site with the contractor’s service representative at all times.
• Provide support and services during business hours Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm PST, excluding county holidays.
