The vendor required to provide integrated utility software solution for include:
1. Engineering and staking package
•    Electrical distribution staking tools including conductor sizing, job cost estimation, and design workflows
•    Must be capable of performing:
o    Detailed system coordination studies
o    Fault current calculations
o    Load flow analysis across the electrical network
2. Mobile field access
•    Real-time and offline access for field crews with sketching, measuring, navigation, GPS integration, and location services
3. Outage and ticket management
•    Basic oms with manual fault location, upstream and downstream tracing, and rc notes
•    Non-oms ticket system for service and maintenance requests
4. GIS and mapping capabilities
•    Support for ArcGIS pro and database conversion from ArcMap
•    Advanced mapping tools including fault locate, rc notes, tracing, sketching, and live weather and AVL data
5. System integration and compatibility
•    Integration with AMI metering, SCADA, billing, and third-party systems
•    Support for live data feeds and external data exchange
6. Hosted IVR system
•    Provide a fully hosted interactive voice response (IVR) system with:
o    Caller id
o    Second language support
o    Text-to-speech
o    Voice recognition
o    Full setup and configuration.
