The vendor required to provide event management and registration system solution that provides event management, registration services with evaluation and survey capability that facilitates agency support for state conferences, competency-based certificate and faculty development programs, individual workshops, and virtual events.

- Currently has 11 account users, 20+ test users and 47+ access portal users, in the current event management and registration solution being used.
•    2022 - 2023: the agency held two hundred (200) events with a total of thirteen thousand (13,000) registrations, twenty-nine thousand (29,000) contacts, and processed 600 submitted abstracts. 
•    2023 – 2024: the agency held two hundred (220) events with a total of sixteen thousand (16,000) registrations, twenty-nine thousand (29,000) contacts, and processed 800 submitted abstracts.
