Candidate Reference Checking System

The Vendor is required to provide of a candidate reference checking solution.
- Departments support over 10,000 employees.
- There are around 3,600 new applicants per month.
- Solution should be a highly intuitive, user-friendly system that fosters increased end user utilization, efficiency and productivity.
- provide a platform for Upstate to manage the reference checking operations and communications online.
- The training and support provided to Upstate during implementation, including location of training (whether on-site, online, remote, etc.)
- The training that will be provided to Upstate staff that will be using the system after implementation has occurred.
