Electronic Health Record System

The vendor required to provide electronic health record (EHR) that provides a system to support campus health services, counseling services, community health education clinic services, and services pertaining to athletics.
1. Requirements – technical, functional include:
•    HIPAA and FERPA compliant
•    SSO via SAML 2.0 and OpenID connect (azure ad Entra id)
•    Integration to Ellucian banner
•    Integration to wiz
•    Data residency: us-only storage, logical tenant isolation
2. Support, hosting and reliability
•    Sla ≥ 99.9% monthly uptime.
•    24×7 incident response; customer success and account manager, named technical contact.
3. Implementation requirements
•    Project plan: detailed plan with milestones, risks, RACI, and communication cadence.
•    Timeline: target go-live is no later than 7/1/26 coterminous with university fiscal year.
•    Data migration: import historical completions (at least 8 years).
•    Configuration: roles, groups, catalogs, email templates, branding, test environment.
•    Training: admin, instructor, and support staff training; knowledge base. 
•    Live training for initial on-boarding as needed and web-based trainings for on-going onboarding and support.
•    Testing: functional, integration, load, and accessibility testing with signoffs.
