• Ongoing maintenance and technical support of the proposed online platform conformity to the web content accessibility guidelines
• Compliance with payment card industry data security standards (PCI-DSS), including secure storage and encryption of cardholder data
• All student data stored, transmitted, or accessed through the platform is protected under the family educational rights and privacy act.
• No student data shall be disclosed to unauthorized parties.
