Microsoft Software and Cloud Resale Services

The vendor required to provide microsoft IaaS and PaaS service types and offerings (e.g., microsoft azure) as well as SaaS service types or offerings (e.g., m365) and other microsoft cloud service provider (CSP) products such as associated support services
- Microsoft resale
•    Proof of all current microsoft partner solution designations, including but not limited to solutions partner for modern work, security, and infrastructure.
•    Identification of vendor’s CSP authorization level (tier-1 or tier-2) and any associated microsoft partner programs leveraged.
•    Escalation authority with microsoft including business desk, licensing desk, and partner center together with named escalation contacts.
•    A partner responsibility matrix identifying which party holds responsibility for resale, billing, optimization, credit claims, administrative access, and dispute lifecycle management.
- Coverage
•    List any microsoft CSP products the vendor is not authorized to resell. 
•    If none, vendor shall explicitly state that it is authorized to resell all generally available microsoft CSP products. 
•    Provide its microsoft partner of record id, reseller authorization numbers, and relevant partner certifications.
•    Processes for managing microsoft renewals, pricing adjustments, and billing dispute resolution.
•    Identify any affiliates or subcontractors used to support microsoft CSP resale activities.
•    Escalation pathways with the microsoft business desk for pricing adjustments and credit resolution.
- Service credit management and financial support
•    Eligible microsoft CSP service credit claims within ten (10) business days of identification or microsoft CSP notification.
•    Track and report on credit fulfillment status.
•    Apply the full value of approved service credits to the next billing cycle as directed by agency.
•    Consolidate microsoft CSP billing data and provide accurate invoice and consumption data for agency reconciliation activities.
•    respond to microsoft CSP audit inquiries and coordinate with CSP representatives.
•    Maintain documentation of all microsoft CSP credit and billing communications.
