1. Comprehensive accounting support:
•    Must support both government-wide and fund-based accounting and reporting.
•    Must accommodate both lessee and lessor roles.
•    Must support governmental and business-type fund classifications.
2. Lease and subscription calculations:
•    Must calculate right-of-use assets and lease liabilities for lessee accounting.
•    Must calculate lease receivables and deferred inflows for lessor accounting.
3. Audit trail:
•    Must maintain a detailed audit trail that tracks user activity and changes made within the system.
4. Amortization capabilities:
•    Must generate amortization schedules.
•    Must handle complex payment scenarios including:
o    Variable payment schedules
o    Free rent periods
o    Lease incentives
o    Payments made in advance or arrears
o    Mid-month, monthly, quarterly, and annual payments
•    Must generate amortization schedules even when lease agreements do not provide them.
5. Journal entry reporting:
