The vendor required to provide pretrial services management system (PSMS) to strengthen and streamline its pretrial services program operations.

1. Case management
•    Collect and analyze defendant information 
o    Gather case details and personal background.
o    Identify factors relevant to court decisions.
•    Recommend release conditions 
o    Advise the court and parties on conditions tailored in each case.
o    Ensure recommendations align with legal standards and public safety.
2. Supervision
•    Monitor and supervise released defendants 
o    Enforce compliance with court-ordered bond and summons conditions.
o    Provide support and interventions to reduce pretrial risk of defendants.
o    Track progress and report violations or updates to the court and parties.
3. Assessment and CPAT-R
•    Risk assessment 
o    Use the CPAT-R to evaluate new arrestees of risk of failure to appear and new criminal activity.
o    Incorporate evidence-based practices for decision-making.
•    Continuous evaluation 
o    Reassess risk as circumstances change.
o    Adjust supervision strategies based on updated assessments or pretrial conduct of defendants.
