The Vendor is required to provide to implement a secure, scalable, and modern Prosecutor Case Management System (PCMS) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
- Currently a dedicated case management system and relies on read-only access to the Benchmark CMS, spreadsheets, and paper-based processes.
- Objectives
• Implement a cloud-based PCMS tailored to prosecutorial workflows.
• Achieve at least 85% of desired functionality through “”out-of-the-box features/configuration without the need for customization.
• Provide robust reporting, analytics, and public-facing communication tools.
• Ensure scalability for current and future caseloads.
- Must support case lifecycle management, document and evidence handling, calendaring, public interaction, integration with existing and external systems, and data migration from legacy formats.

- Security & Compliance
• Secure user access with role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and automatic session timeouts.
• Integration with the City's login system (Single Sign-On).
• All data must be encrypted during transmission and while stored.
• Full audit logging of user actions.
• Compliance with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) standards
