The Vendor is required to provide a software product/platform for a light to heavy duty automotive ticketing system for department.
- The office recently assessed this system for a possible upgrade to a cloud platform and determined that such an upgrade poses a significant security risk, given the current office security limitations.
- The Ticketing System (System) is required to contain the following specifications:
• The System will need the ability to construct service tickets/work orders (work orders) using the vehicles license plate number or the VIN number.
• The System will need to have the capability to create work orders for Light, Medium, and Heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.
• The System will need to be able to upload approximately 2,000 vehicle history service records.
• The System will need to have the ability to upload parts and service codes to the work orders to include an editing function for special jobs.
• The System will need to have the capabilities to generate a technician work sheets and vehicle inspection sheets.
• The System will need to create appointments and have the capability to allocate work orders to technicians based on those appointments.
• The System should be equipped with the ability to connect seamlessly to Mitchell1 ProDemand or feature similar software for diagnosis and labor hours integrated into the platform itself.
• The System should function as a cloud application that is reachable from anywhere.
• The System should be designed to support an infinite number of users situated in different locations.
• The System must possess the capability to accommodate various users with distinct access levels to enhance supervisory functions for comprehensive oversight of agency.
• The ability for the System to link to Google products.
• The System’s ability to scan in parts to the work orders.
