- Demonstrate recent completion of solutions for other healthcare institutions that include higher education, research, innovative and forward-thinking ability, and a comprehensive knowledge of best practices required to complete the plan.
- Establish and manage a structured integration framework that includes the development of a technology testing lab to demonstrate a cohesive technology ecosystem that supports operational workflows, systems design validation, interoperability and integration testing, commissioning, cybersecurity planning, data readiness, and technology enabled operational planning.
- Partner will proactively identify and resolve all potential responsibility gaps between the construction manager and the owner teams to prevent misalignment, late-stage rework, and avoidable risk. Ultimately, this work will enable a seamless, efficient, and successful project opening.
- All information technology systems, biomedical equipment and associated software, network solutions, automation systems, building systems, and any other technology-based system that is foundational to how the facility will operate.
- The integrator will ensure that all medical devices are represented in and managed through established enterprise asset processes rather than parallel tracking systems.
- Medical device integrations—including infusion pumps, physiologic monitors, ventilators, and point of care diagnostic devices—must interoperate with central clinical systems including epic, device integration middleware, alarm and event management systems, and real time data and telemetry platforms.
