Electronic Toll and Traffic Management System

The vendor required to provide electronic toll and traffic management (ETTM) system technical support and oversight support services for the 405 express lanes and 91 express lanes.
- Requirement:
•    Review and provide comments to department construction plans of general-purpose lanes projects, which may impact the express lanes. 
•    Review, comment, and recommend for approval of Inc plans, including but not limited to, design, electrical, installation. 
•    Review and provide comments to Inc requests for information (RFI). 
•    Review and provide comments and recommendations to octa for Inc change orders. 
•    Provide oversight of implementation of the 405 express lanes shadow dynamic pricing. 
•    Review and comment of Inc updated documentation and deliverables. 
•    Oversee key performance indicators (KPI) reporting including:
o    Facilitate and participate in KPI workshops and submittal reviews.
o    Review, comment on all submitted reports, and recommend for either approval or resubmittal.
o    Validate and audit KPIs submitted.
•    Facilitate and oversee project close-out and acceptance, including:
o    Coordination and oversight of operational acceptance testing (OAT). 
o    Review, comment, and recommend for approval of all as-builts documentation and Inc deliverables. 
o    Review of final invoicing and other close-out documentations.
•    Facilitate and participate in meetings to coordinate activities and schedules between octa, the ETTM system integrator, the back-office integrator, department, and other third-parties, as applicable.
