The vendor required to provide caller id solution that will ensure the designated numbers are not mislabeled.
- These calls are intended to keep our participants updated on their case status as well as important emergency notices.
- Commodity line 1:
•    Caller name optimization solution ensuring outbound calls are correctly identified and not mislabeled as spam or blocked; allowing to designate verified phone numbers for all outbound calling through a centralized portal; and protecting brand identity in the calling name displayed.
- Commodity line 2:
•    Branded call display solution, a centralized caller identity management platform; context can be added to phone calls to protect our brand; informing our participants with business name, number, logo and reason for the call; and authenticating calls to verify the number, and the data, have not been spoofed.
