The vendor required to provide online preparation services for include:
• Student to independently access online materials and learn at the student’s own pace and may be used to provide classroom and teacher-assisted instruction;
• Provide 24/7 access to web-based, online study materials, diagnostic exams, drills, and practice tests in an approach that is engaging to high school students;
• Electronic reporting of student progress to administrators, teachers, parents and other facilitators; and regular updates to the agency concerning usage rates by lea, school, and student
• Record a student’s progress in an online dashboard that provides diagnostic assessment of the content areas tested (i.e., english, reading, mathematics, and science) and identifies mastery of corresponding skill sets: these are immediate reports that identify the student’s current ability related to the act
• Provide on-demand training materials, in-person and webinar training sessions and live and recorded professional development to personnel in school districts and charter schools on how to utilize the online test preparation program and provide teacher-assisted instruction to students according to a training plan annually reviewed and approved by agency staff.
• Provide help desk support for students and educators during regular business hours, evening hours and weekends, providing regular copies of help desk logs to the agency to identify training issues and used for program and contract review.
