The vendor required to provide temperature monitoring system for include:
• Provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment and services to deliver, install, test, and providing ongoing calibration and maintenance of the system.
• Materials shall include but are not limited to all required hardware, software, wiring, probes and other incidentals required to complete installation and connectivity.
• Contractor shall be solely responsible for any travel and lodging costs.
• Be responsible for verifying field conditions, final service connections and locations.
• Install, test and validate the system on-site using only certified technician(s) directly employed by the manufacturer.
• Be responsible for protecting laboratory equipment and employee work areas, cleaning the work area daily, that includes removal of trash, unused supplies, debris and visible dust created by the work performed, and for the haul-away and proper disposal of all discarded materials associated with the job. Contractor shall be responsible for the proper and lawful disposal of all other incidental debris produced from this job, per typical construction waste management practice.
• Responsible for meeting all required federal, state, and county laws including all occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) and division requirements pertaining to personnel safety for the work involved.
• Maintain effective communication with the state and cooperate in the resolution of problems, suspected problems, or potential problems.
• Conduct the testing and validation of the system according to company’s established procedures and shall provide a copy of the procedure to the state upon request.
• The testing of the system shall at a minimum include verification of sensor functionality, calibration, alarm functionality and communication functionality.
• Document all test and validation results and shall provide a copy of the report to the state upon completion.
• Test, validation and calibration reports shall verify conformance to specified manufacturer’s performance requirements have been met.
• Including but not limited to traceable calibration of sensors, documentation of measurement of uncertainty, and audit trail capability.
• Calibrate temperature and humidity sensors on-site utilizing institute traceable equipment and shall provide a copy of the certificate to the state.
• Provide all training necessary to monitor and manage the system to state staff post-installation on the system.
• Provide drawings showing the location of all equipment as installed within the building.
