- Engineering and Staking Package
• Electrical distribution staking tools including conductor sizing (e.g., 750 MCM, 1272 ACSR), job cost estimation, and design workflows
• Must be capable of performing:
• Detailed system coordination studies
• Fault current calculations
• Load flow analysis across the electrical network
- Mobile Field Access
• Real-time and offline access for field crews with sketching, measuring, navigation, GPS integration, and location services
- Outage and Ticket Management
• Basic OMS with manual fault location, upstream/downstream tracing, and RC notes
• Non-OMS ticket system for service and maintenance requests
- GIS and Mapping Capabilities
• Support for ArcGIS Pro and database conversion from ArcMap
• Advanced mapping tools including fault locate, RC notes, tracing, sketching, and live weather/AVL data
- System Integration and Compatibility
• Integration with AMI metering, SCADA, billing, and third-party systems
• Support for live data feeds and external data exchange
- Hosted IVR System
• Provide a fully hosted Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system with:
• Caller ID
• Second language support
• Text-to-Speech
• Voice recognition
• Full setup and configuration
- Training, Support, and Security
• Comprehensive training, documentation, technical support, cybersecurity compliance, and role-based access control
