The Vendor is required to provide a cloud-based employee and student health compliance management system designed specifically for higher education institutions with clinical and healthcare programs.
- Provide a single, unified, end-to-end platform that supports regulatory compliance, credential tracking, clinical documentation, reporting, and auditing requirements for students, faculty, and staff participating in clinical education and employment activities.
- Solution must:
•    Support automation of vaccination retrieval, respirator medical review and fit testing, clinical compliance workflows required by state and federal regulation
•    Be highly configurable to accommodate program-specific, cohort-specific, and clinical affiliate-specific requirements that may change over time
•    Be purpose-built for higher education, students, faculty, and public-sector institutions such as clinical affiliates
•    Operate as a single, integrated platform provided by one vendor
•    Eliminate the need for multiple disconnected systems for core functionality
•    Be configurable to meet agency School of Health Sciences (SoHS) specific requirements without requiring custom software development
