Transcript Processing Solution

The Vendor is required to provide a transcript processing solution to automate transcript data-entry.
- The Office processes 50,000+ transcripts each Admissions cycle and a solution would benefit the Office by decreasing the time to decision and the time to load transcript data to the SIS.
- This solution must support transcripts received from domestic and international secondary and postsecondary institutions to support undergraduate and graduate admissions.
- Solution can automatically extract data from various document types (pdf, tiff, jpg, doc, docx, etc) containing transcript information
- Solution allows results from data extracted for transcript documents to be edited
- Solution can identify 'Student Name' from documents
- Solution can identify Student Date of Birth, Graduation Date, and Degrees Earned from documents
- Solution can identify the Organization or Institution that sends the document
- Solution can organize text extracted from document in a Data Entry or Gridded Format for review
- Solution can identify course terms and start dates in documents
- Solution can identify transfer credits by Catalog Transfer Rules
- Solution has highly visible cross reference document to data extraction output to confirm data results
- Solution contains a document hopper dashboard with adjustable filters
- Solution includes automated integration to and from a document management system.
