The Vendor is required to provide to provide, implement, and support a cloud-based construction project management and field reporting software that will improve processes and efficiency and replace the division’s current spreadsheet-driven processes for daily reporting, quantity tracking, payment certification, and change-order management.
- Daily project administration is currently handled through multiple Microsoft Excel spreadsheets including documents such as Daily Logs, Change Orders, Measurement Sheets, Force Accounts and Payment Estimates.
- The Construction Management Software, at a minimum, must include:

• Stakeholder Management
• Asset Management
• Software should be web-based with the ability to work offline
• A solution that offers a mobile support or dedicated mobile application on iOS and Android mobile phones and tablets for offline field data collection.
• Software must meet current City web security requirements.
• Software must be integrated with ArcGIS
• Desire for Software to be integrated with Cityworks.
