Evidence-Based Practices Platform

The Vendor is required to provide solutions for a network of providers interested in a best practice or evidence-based, resource-sharing platform for behavioral health professionals within county.
- Requirement:
• Reliably support a network group’s of approximately 50 service provider’s access to resources on the platform
• Operate a user-friendly and accessible platform
• Ensure new evidence-based literature or other media types such as learning videos become available in the platform quickly, with updates occurring at least on a quarterly basis
• Ongoing user technical support for platform
• Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from r1 staff or its network of providers in a timely fashion.
