- Requirement:
• Conducting a gap analysis and developing an implementation roadmap, to include:
• Data extraction and migration
• Payroll configuration replacement and redesign
• Integration replacement and redesign
• Reporting and compliance transition
• Parallel payroll testing
• Assisting in documentation redesign and sop development.
• Providing staff training and change management support.
• Cutover and decommissioning of current software.
