The Vendor is required to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) software-as-a service solution shall support integrated, efficient, and scalable business processes across finance, procurement, human resources and inventory management, while providing a foundation for future expansion into additional enterprise capabilities.

• Unified platform that minimizes reliance on external tools and “shadow systems” by consolidating core financial, procurement, HR, and inventory functions.
• Support seamless integration with existing and future enterprise systems through modern frameworks (e.g., APIs, event-based integration), reducing dependency on point-to-point interfaces.
• Enable consistent data management and governance, including standardized data structures, improved data quality, and support for enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Support high transaction volumes and scalability to accommodate district operational complexity and future growth.

• Deliver a secure, cloud-based (SaaS) solution with high availability, reliability, and performance, supported by defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Regular system updates and enhancements with minimal disruption, ensuring the platform remains current with industry capabilities and regulatory requirements.
• Support configurable workflows, business rules, and role-based access controls, enabling district to enforce policies and streamline operations without extensive customization.
• Ensure compliance with industry-standard security and privacy requirements, including audit capabilities, data protection, and access controls.
