- Requirements
1. Event Management
a. Comprehensive events calendar (assessable on web and mobile app.)
b. Advanced events management configuration (such as creating parent/child events, managing multiple events in a series, assigning event types, shared editing and management between users, events are editable on the mobile app, include map and location functionality)
c. Tagging or identifying events to augment granular reporting capabilities and tracking/filtering capabilities
d. RSVP and Attendance Tracking
e. Check-in mechanism that incorporates the ability to use a mobile app, QR code, or similar functionality
2. Group Management
a. Create group identities for individual clubs, organizations, and offices
b. Manage group membership for individual users (add, delete, end membership, etc.)
c. Group Registration
d. Workflows to manage requests, event management, and other process flows, with multiple approval points
e. File Storage
3. Communication
a. Push notifications through a mobile app
b. General community feed for all users, including response and conversation capability
c. Group-specific feed or messaging
d. Ability for individual groups to have an in-software or in-app page or similar central site
