Wayside Signal and Grade Crossing Warning Device Inspections, and Trouble Ticket and Grade Crossing Credible Report Management.
2. The Software Platform shall maintain 99.9% uptime measured in a monthly interval.
3. SMART shall be able to manage each category with multiple levels of control including accounts for individual employees, supervisors, and management personnel.
4. Service Provider shall provide training to employees on how to use the system effectively.
5. The Software Platform shall generate reports as required by the applicable federal regulations.
6. Data backup and restoration capability.
7. Single Sign-on.
